As of me writing this, there is no way to get the voice acting onto the PC version of the game. It is the newly added voice acting that really makes that version better.

A 24-episode anime series created by Studio Deen aired in Japan between January 6 and June 16, 2006. Its plot is set half a year after the events of Fate/stay night.
